Role Overview: This position involves providing clinical services in a mixed inpatient and outpatient setting, requiring rounding and managing approximately 20 patients per shift. Key Responsibilities Perform upper GI endoscopy, ERCP, colonoscopy, liver biopsy, and related procedures.Conduct sigmoidoscopies, foreign body removal, and variceal injections.Preferred skills include PEG placement.Respond to weekend call with a 30-minute response time. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in endoscopic procedures and related skills.Ability to handle inpatient and outpatient cases, including rounding.Strong clinical judgment and technical proficiency in gastrointestinal interventions. Additional Details: The role offers paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and competitive compensation. Providers have 24-hour access to a dedicated consultant and must adhere to response time requirements for weekend calls.
