About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery NP-C to provide inpatient care in a hospital setting. This role is to cover for a PA-C's leave and emphasizes the need for surgical expertise and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the OR for cardiothoracic cases, including vein harvesting and first assist duties.
- Cover night call, including emergent cases and phone consultations.
- Work primarily with the Epic EMR system.
Requirements
- Licensure in Nebraska or a compact state.
- Experience in cardiothoracic surgery procedures.
Skills
- Surgical assist skills.
- Proficiency in vein harvesting.
- Flexibility to cover scheduled shifts.
