Locum Tenens Cardiologist

About the role

A hospital-based inpatient rounding role in a busy inpatient cardiology service.

Responsibilities

• Perform new consults and inpatient follow-ups
• Read EKGs as needed
• Manage non-invasive general cardiology cases without invasive procedures
• Participate in approximately one weeknight and weekend call
• Cover a variable patient volume in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Board certification in Cardiovascular Medicine
• Strong clinical skills in inpatient cardiology
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay

Competitive hourly rates ranging from $250.00 to $350.00, inclusive of base pay, overtime, call, and holiday pay.
