Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient addiction psychiatry services
- Treat 10-14 patients daily
- Handle up to 50-70% dual diagnosis cases
- Administer buprenorphine/naloxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol
- Occasionally cover ED or inpatient settings
- Field resident questions as needed
Requirements
- 3 days/week or full-time schedule
- Monday through Friday
- No call, no weekends
- Specialized outpatient addiction psychiatry clinic
- Complex, intensive cases
- May need to cross-cover other departments
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry
- Experience with buprenorphine/naloxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol administration
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload
- Knowledge of dual diagnosis treatment
