Times

Tues & Thurs: 12 pm - 6:30 pm and/or Mon & Wed: 10 am - 4:30 pm
2 days per week, 2 - 3 hours per day of direct patient care

Ketamine/Spravato-based outpatient clinic

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with APPs/NPs -- leadership presence in clinic
• Spravato experience required

Requirements

• Open to locums-to-perm candidates
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
