About the role
Inpatient and outpatient cases with endoscopy block in the morning, rounding in the afternoon.
Hospital-based practice with an outpatient endoscopy center.
Fellows provide first call coverage.
Advanced interventional GI procedures including ERCP and EUS are required.
Experience working with fellows and residents is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage inpatient and outpatient cases with endoscopy block in the morning and rounding in the afternoon.
- Practice at a hospital with an outpatient endoscopy center.
- Provide first call coverage under the supervision of fellows.
- Perform advanced interventional GI procedures such as ERCP and EUS.
- Work closely with fellows and residents.
Requirements
- Academic medical center with a fellowship program.
- Availability for transplant and advanced biliary services.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certification in Gastroenterology.
- Current Arizona Medical License.
Skills
- Advanced interventional GI procedures (ERCP, EUS).
- Experience working with fellows and residents.
