Locum | Physician Gastroenterology

About the role

Hospital-based inpatient gastroenterology practice.

10 – 20 patients per day with 10 admissions per night.

7 on / 7 off rotation with 24-hour call shifts.

Requires ERCP and inpatient GI procedures.

Ongoing coverage until replacement is found.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10 – 20 patients per day with 10 admissions per night.
• Perform ERCP and inpatient GI procedures.
• Participate in a 7 on / 7 off rotation with 24-hour call shifts.
• Support 3 dedicated GI APPs for endoscopy and floor.

Requirements

• Board-certified in Gastroenterology.
• Experience with inpatient GI procedures and ERCP.
• Ability to work in a 7 on / 7 off rotation with 24-hour call shifts.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Current license to practice medicine in the state(s) of employment.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly.

Schedule
