Locum | Physician Gastroenterology

About the role

This position is available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with no call or weekends.

Requirements include seeing 17 patients per day on clinic days and performing 16 to 18 procedures per procedure day, combining clinic and procedure days. Essential tasks include conducting colonoscopies with polypectomy and biopsy, upper endoscopies with dilation and biopsy, and maintaining hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1 to 2 flexible weeks per month
• Colonoscopy with polypectomy/biopsy required
• Upper endoscopy with dilation and biopsy required
• Hospital privileges required

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Gastroenterology
• Experience with colonoscopies and upper endoscopies
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
