About the role
Provide neurosurgical care in a hospital setting, including ICU and trauma neuro coverage, with responsibilities focused on brain and spine cases (non-advanced procedures).
Responsibilities
- Manage 10–15 patients daily during on-site shifts, primarily from 7 pm to 7 am
- Hold on-call responsibilities overnight, contacting surgeons as needed
- Participate in neurosurgery ICU and trauma coverage
- Ensure quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Hospital privileges required
- Strong clinical skills in neurosurgical patient management
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
