Locum Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to provide anesthesia services in a Level II trauma center with Level I capacity, supporting a large tertiary surgical program including Obstetric and Cardiovascular cases. Responsibilities: Supervise 1 to 3 operating rooms within a care team model supported by CRNAs, delivering anesthesia to a 100% pediatric patient population.Shift Details: Day shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with overnight call from home on weekdays and weekends (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM).Key Duties: Provide supervision and anesthesia services, support multiple facilities as needed, and hold prescriptive authority.Qualifications & Skills: Board certification is negotiable; must be flexible to support a large surgical program; reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; possess prescriptive authority.Additional Details: Support staff includes CRNAs; case load varies; focus on pediatric cases; on-site supervision during day shifts; supervision and remote call during nights and weekends.
