Locum Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Role: Pediatric Anesthesiologist responsible for providing anesthesia care across various pediatric subspecialties and surgical procedures (excluding cardiac), primarily outpatient and solo cases. Responsibilities: Manage a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient pediatric anesthesia cases, ensuring patient safety and quality care. Perform solo procedures, coordinate with surgical teams, and adhere to safety protocols. Maintain certifications and comply with hospital policies. Qualifications & Skills: Certification in PALS, ACLS, and BLS required. Strong clinical skills in pediatric anesthesia, ability to handle diverse cases, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Key Duties: Provide anesthesia services, ensure patient safety, complete documentation via online portal, and collaborate with medical teams. No call duties, with an 8-hour guarantee and potential overtime. The role includes support with credentialing, licensing, housing, and travel arrangements.
