About the role
We are seeking a locum tenens OB/GYN to provide care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including deliveries and gynecological procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage low- and high-risk pregnancies
- Perform deliveries, including c-sections and forceps delivery
- Conduct gynecological procedures such as LEEP, IUD insertion/removal, and colposcopy
- Perform minor gynecology procedures
- Provide patient care during assigned shifts
- Deliver approximately 15 patients per shift (average of 208 deliveries annually)
- Participate in scheduled call shifts
Requirements
- Experience with c-sections, forceps delivery, LEEP, IUD, and colposcopy
- Hospital privileges
