Locum OBGYN Hospitalist

Responsibilities

• Cover high-risk obstetric cases
• Assist with C-sections and obstetrical procedures
• Support Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) services
• Respond to urgent OB needs and emergencies
• Manage 11-12 deliveries daily within a Level II nursery setting
• Focus on MFM patients and related emergencies with 24/7 access to MFM specialists
• No resident supervision required

Qualifications

• Board-certified Ob/Gyn
• Valid Minnesota medical license or IMLC
• BLS certification
• Trauma experience (Level I or II)
• Credentialing within 90-120 days
• Cross-credentialing available

EMR systems include Epic and Obix for fetal monitoring.

Skills

• Ability to handle high-risk pregnancies
• Work independently
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Open to generalists interested in high-risk OB with full MFM support.
