About the role
This locum tenens position seeks an OBGYN for ongoing night shifts near Coronado Heights, AZ, with approximately five shifts per month. The role involves both inpatient and outpatient practice settings, focusing on a range of obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
Required skills
- Managing low and high-risk pregnancies
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- Routine deliveries and vaginal births
- Decision-making for C-sections
- Complicated deliveries, including breech and multiple births
Preferred skills
- OB ultrasounds
- Low forceps
- Surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic)
- Tubal ligation
- Ectopic pregnancy management
- Extensive operative procedures
Qualifications
- Fellowship
- Arizona licensure
- ACLS certification
- NRP certification
- EMR experience (Epic)
- Level 4 Trauma certification
- Credentialing within 30 days
