About the role
Provide obstetric and gynecological care in a locum position located in Fallon, NV. Perform vaginal deliveries and C-sections, with a minimum of 50 C-sections as primary surgeon. Manage approximately 400 deliveries annually, averaging 1–2 patients per day, and participate in 24/7 on-call duties.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services
- Perform vaginal deliveries and C-sections (minimum 50 as primary surgeon)
- Manage a high-volume delivery schedule (~400 deliveries/year)
- Provide 24/7 on-call coverage
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure efficient patient care
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Nevada
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Experience performing C-sections
