Ongoing call-only coverage position for a Locum OBGYN near Latta, OK.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient obstetric care, including routine and complicated deliveries
- Manage high-risk pregnancies
- Perform fetal monitoring and OB ultrasounds
- Conduct minor gynecology procedures such as IUD placement, colposcopy, and LEEP
- Handle diverse cases including breech, multiple births, VBACs, and surgical interventions like C-sections and tubal ligations
- Interpret fetal heart rate (FHR) and perform obstetric ultrasound
- Provide surgical gynecology services
- Call beeper coverage and inpatient practice
- Complete credentialing within 60 days
- Participate in a team providing comprehensive obstetric care
Requirements
- Oklahoma or IMLC license
- BLS certification
- Fellowship preferred
- Experience with approximately 400 deliveries annually
- Level 3 Trauma certification
- Epic EMR experience required
