Role Overview

The clinician will provide outpatient hospice and palliative care services in a clinic setting in Prescott, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex chronic conditions

• Work with adult patients during day shifts
• Receive support from medical assistants and registered nurses

• Must hold board certification in Hospice and Palliative Care
• No prescriptive authority or procedures required
• Position is clinic-based with variable caseloads
• No call duties
