Aya Locums has an immediate opening for a locum General Dentist position in Raleigh, NC, paying $100/hour–$125/hour. The role is for a Dentist specializing in General Dentistry, with a start date of 10-05-26 and a length of 2 weeks. The facility is an out‑patient clinic. Shift coverage is scheduled with no call, and the shift schedule consists of two 9‑hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and diagnose dental conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown and bridge work.
• Provide preventive dental care, such as cleanings and oral hygiene education.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants and other dental professionals.
• Maintain accurate and complete dental records.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active and unrestricted dental license in North Carolina.
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications may be required based on specific practice or state regulations.
