Responsibilities
- Respond to hospital codes
- Interpret EKGs (with cardiology final review)
- Supervise an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) during overlapping hours
- Stabilize OB patients for transfer
- Supervise APPs, interpret diagnostics, and manage patient admissions and transfers
Requirements
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
- Active Michigan medical license
- ACLS certification
- ATLS certification
