Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team. The position is based in Northeast Minnesota (Duluth) for a duration of 3‑6 months.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across various clinical settings including cardiac, ortho, vascular, neuro, head/spine, OB, pediatric, regional, thoracic cases.
- Work within a collaborative medical direction model to support diverse patient populations.
- Handle 1‑2 longer cases or 3‑4 shorter cases per 8‑hour day.
Requirements
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Minnesota.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in various case types.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
- BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable.

Schedule
- Shifts: 8‑hour, 10‑hour, or 12‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday; 12‑hour or 16‑hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
