About the role
Provide inpatient psychiatric care for hospitalized adolescent patients aged 13-17, with support from two APRN/PMHNP colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 44 patients, including 14-18 cases independently.
- Conduct 16-18 daily encounters, seeing 4-6 new and 12-16 follow-up patients.
- Perform restrictive intervention, admit, and discharge orders.
- Handle inpatient care in a facility setting, primarily weekdays with one on-call night per week.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 12 months of specialized physician experience.
- Ability to independently manage cases and execute necessary orders.
