About the role

This role is for a board-certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon providing locum tenens coverage in inpatient and operating room settings. Work is on-site during day shifts, with required call coverage. Clinical case load varies, with responsibilities across inpatient and OR environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiothoracic surgical procedures
• Manage adult patients within the cardiothoracic service line
• Provide high-quality surgical care
• Manage a variable patient caseload
• Participate in call duties as needed

Qualifications

• Board certification in cardiothoracic surgery
• Ability to work independently in a hospital setting
• Experience managing adult cardiothoracic patients
