Locum Cardiothoracic DNP

This role involves providing cardiothoracic surgery coverage in an acute care hospital setting, primarily assisting during operative cases in the operating room. The clinician will work on-site with responsibilities including assisting surgeons during procedures and maintaining clinical documentation via the Epic EMR system.Shift hours typically run from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with required call and 24-hour call coverage, including weekends for rounding and first call duties.No board certification or prescriptive authority is required.The facility offers established protocols and resources to support high-quality cardiothoracic surgical care.The ideal candidate should possess relevant clinical skills for cardiothoracic surgery and be prepared for on-call responsibilities.
