About the role
This role provides inpatient cardiology coverage at a single facility, primarily during weekend shifts from Friday 5 pm to Monday 8 am.
Responsibilities
- See 10-16 patients daily
- Perform inpatient consults
- Interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, and cardiac stress tests
- Perform procedures such as cardioversion
- Conduct inpatient rounding
- Ensure quality cardiology care
Requirements
- Experience in inpatient cardiology
- Proficiency in interpreting cardiac tests
- Ability to perform cardioversion
