About the Role
Anesthesiologist specializing in pediatric anesthesia at a pediatric-focused hospital, covering neonatal to adult cases across general surgical, thoracic, orthopedic, and neurosurgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of pediatric surgical cases.
- Supervise Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in a care-team model.
- Manage cases independently in a high-volume trauma center.
- Cover operating rooms across 14 rooms during day shifts.
- Participate in supervision and manage anesthesia care for complex cases.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
- Completed Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Ohio state licensure or eligibility.
- Experience with diverse surgical cases.
Credentialing process requires approximately 90 days, with support provided throughout.
