Locum Anesthesiologist - Pediatric

About the Role

Anesthesiologist specializing in pediatric anesthesia at a pediatric-focused hospital, covering neonatal to adult cases across general surgical, thoracic, orthopedic, and neurosurgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of pediatric surgical cases.
• Supervise Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in a care-team model.
• Manage cases independently in a high-volume trauma center.
• Cover operating rooms across 14 rooms during day shifts.
• Participate in supervision and manage anesthesia care for complex cases.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
• Completed Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Ohio state licensure or eligibility.
• Experience with diverse surgical cases.

Credentialing process requires approximately 90 days, with support provided throughout.
