About the role
Position for an Anesthesiologist providing sedation-only anesthesia services at a pediatric dental center. Work environment is on-site within a specialized pediatric dental facility with anesthesia support, operating in a supervision model with CRNA support.
Responsibilities
- Pre-operative assessments
- Intraoperative sedation management
- Post-procedure monitoring
- Manage a case load of approximately 8-10 pediatric patients daily in an outpatient setting
- 100% hands-on involvement under supervision
- Direct patient care with a focus on sedation procedures
Requirements
- Prescriptive authority
- Current certification
- Board certification preferred (negotiable)
Schedule
- Day shifts
- No call duties required
