Locum Anesthesiologist

This role involves providing pediatric anesthesiology services in a facility's operating room program. Responsibilities include: delivering anesthesia for pediatric cases, primarily MAC, general, ENT, and diagnostic procedures, with a case load of 3-6 patients per day.Work schedule: day shifts, Monday through Friday, with 10-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM.Coverage details: no requirement to cover head cases or cardiac cases; in-house specialists are available for head cases.Qualifications: board certification in anesthesiology is mandatory.Key skills: 100% hands-on anesthesia delivery, experience with pediatric patients, and ability to work independently within a team.Additional info: call coverage is negotiable; the role does not involve prescriptive authority or government work.
