About the Role
We are seeking Locum Anesthesiologists for ongoing coverage near Fredonia, NY.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for general and orthopedic cases
- Supervise CRNAs at a 1:4 ratio
- Manage cases during scheduled shifts and on-call periods
Schedule
- 8 to 10-hour shifts
- Required on-call pager coverage during weeknights and weekends
- Holiday call preferred
Work Environment
- Four anesthesia rooms using Epic and iPro charting systems
- MDs supervise CRNAs and do not perform their own cases outside on-call times
Requirements
- NY license preferred
- Must be able to obtain privileges within approximately 45 days
- Experience with general and orthopedic anesthesia is desirable
