Locum Anesthesiologist

This role is for a certified Medical Doctor (MD) providing anesthesia services in a perioperative setting. It involves day shifts with call responsibilities at a minimum of one week per month, including 2-3 weeknights of cardiovascular (CV) call from 7 PM to 7 AM and one weekend 24-hour CV call with a 30-minute callback. The position requires board certification in Anesthesiology and TEE certification. The clinician will supervise and participate in a variety of surgical cases such as cardiac, thoracic, general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, ENT, urology, neuro, vascular, plastics, pediatrics, and podiatry. Support staff includes CRNAs, with clinicians participating in every CV case. The role involves supervision, with approximately 50% hands-on involvement, and is based on-site. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a dynamic surgical environment, with skills in anesthesia delivery across diverse patient populations.
