Locker Room Attendant

About the Role

Take charge in a fast-paced, physically active role where grit, discipline, and attention to detail set the standard. As a Locker Room Attendant, you’ll maintain elite-level locker room facilities, steam rooms, saunas, and recovery spaces—ensuring every area is clean, fully operational, and built for a first-class guest experience. This is a role for someone who values hard work, takes pride in strong execution, and thrives in an environment where professionalism and dependability matter.

Responsibilities

• Maintains effective operation of locker facilities, reception area, steam rooms, saunas, and Jacuzzis.
• Appropriately dispenses towels, robes, slippers, and refreshments to guests; removes and stores dirty linens according to procedures.
• Consistently ensures cleanliness of all spa areas.
• Monitors locker rooms and restocks supplies on a regular basis.
• Ensures proper operation of Jacuzzi, including proper use and storage of all chemicals and maintaining cleanliness of deck surfaces.
• Maintains all Forbes standards as they pertain to public areas, locker rooms, and guest service.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 31-40 pounds.
