Locker Room Attendant

BallenIsles Country Club, located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Locker Room Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $16.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Greets and assists members and guests in the card room, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. Responds to inquiries and resolves any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintains an acceptable level of food, beverage, and card room supplies. Notifies management well in advance when additional supplies are needed. Sets up and breaks down all snack and beverage stations and performs related maintenance. Offers beverage service, including cocktail service from the bar. Operates the POS system (Jonas). Keeps tables, counters, and side tables clear of dirty dishes and wastepaper. Washes, dries, and restocks coffee cups and snack dishes. Fills and maintains snack containers. Ensures there are fresh snacks and places daily orders as needed. Keeps all card tablecloths clean. Informs management if replacement or deep cleaning is needed. Keeps storage area clean and organized. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Knowledge/Skill: Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job (e.g., associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or coworkers, and equipment manuals may be in English). Education and Experience: Less than a high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Requirements: Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, and reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally sits, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, talks, or hears. Occasionally lifts up to 20 pounds.
