• Job Summary

  Deliver exceptional professionalism and customer service to members and guests.

• Key Responsibilities

  Keep locker rooms and restrooms clean, stocked, fresh, and sanitary; oversee daily assignments; assist in housekeeping; follow company policies and procedures; maintain professionalism; follow safe practices; take initiative in personal and professional growth; address and resolve challenges; attend briefings.

• Additional Duties

  Assist others as needed; take on additional tasks as assigned; follow regional and corporate teams to support club operations.

• Qualifications

  High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience in fitness, hospitality, or similar; ability to interact positively and professionally; experience in maintaining cleanliness and organization; strong verbal communication skills; ability to work as part of a team; ability to handle minor issues.

• Physical Requirements

  Frequent sitting, standing, walking, driving; occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases; squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending; lifting up to 100 lbs. on occasion; talking, hearing, and seeing.

• Work Schedule

  Adhere to attendance requirements; flexibility to work additional hours as needed; availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
