• Job Summary

  Deliver exceptional professionalism and customer service to members and guests.

• Key Responsibilities

  Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms and other areas, assist with housekeeping, follow company policies, and address member needs.

• Additional Duties

  Assist others as needed, take on additional tasks, and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Qualifications

  High school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience, ability to interact positively with members, and experience in maintaining cleanliness in public facilities.

• Physical Requirements

  Frequent sitting, standing, walking, occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending, lifting up to 100 lbs. on occasion.

• Work Schedule

  Adhere to attendance requirements, flexibility to work additional hours, availability to work weekends and holidays.
