What You'll Do

You'll support the Bank's Receivable Operation which enables customers to accept electronic and traditional paper-based payments. You'll capture remittance information using efficient technology and will transfer information to output files and reporting. You'll work with a team of Receivable Processors to expedite collections of payments and the posting of payment information while focusing on delivering a high level of customer service and providing a professional, prompt and accurate banking experience.

• Data entry
• Basic quality control
• Balancing/reconciliation of deposits
• Supporting the Receivables Supervisor on executing a comprehensive, prompt and efficient client experience
• Supporting the daily workflow and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
• Executing a variety of routine tasks which may include sorting mail, data entry, extracting payments and/or correspondence, reviewing payments to ensure accuracy, and scanning of deposits using high speed optical scanners
• Ensuring strict processing deadlines are met prior to designated cutoff times

What You'll Need

• A high school diploma
• Ability to 10-key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Entry-level speaking and writing communications skills

Compensation

The compensation for new hires is generally $17.36 - $19.92 per hour for Las Vegas, NV. The salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
