Lockbox Processor

About the role

The Lockbox Processor within PNC's Ara Network Centralization organization is based in Mount Laurel, NJ. The work schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Remit payments according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain productivity and quality levels.
• Operate machines and use basic ten-key skills as necessary.
• Process and reconcile transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure availability of necessary materials, documentation, and capacity for transaction completion.
• Verify equipment functionality, if applicable.
• Provide feedback on workflow and received work.
• Review transactions and related documents to confirm completeness, accuracy, and adherence to service levels and policies.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
• Preferred skills include Data Entry, Process Improvements, Risk Mitigation Strategies, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and Work Processes.
• Competencies: Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Managing Multiple Priorities, Operational Functions, Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work experience: Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, high school diploma, GED, or significant experience or product knowledge.

Pay

Base Salary: $33,000.00 – $55,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual performance.
