Lockbox Mail Support Specialist M-F 2pm-10:30pm

About the role

Performs a variety of moderately complex operator duties on a production machine, following well-defined and established procedures. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, ensuring actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform all related duties on the high-speed sorter equipment.
• Operate and perform all related duties on the Opex Matrix.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Perform all duties in the incoming mail prep area.
• Meet and maintain production standards as set by the assigned department.
• Assist with training of new employees.
• Review, sort, and audit materials as needed.
• Communicate equipment issues, as occurring, to the management team.
• Complete all assigned paperwork and report on equipment’s productivity.
• Coordinate with other shifts to ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform general housekeeping on and around equipment.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Comply with banking regulations as they relate to customer confidentiality.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of experience in a production or Lockbox environment preferred.
• Attention to detail.

Working Conditions

• Work is often physically strenuous.
• May be exposed to moving/vibrating objects, parts, and tools.
• May be exposed to dusty conditions, chemicals, and loud noises.
• Frequently kneels, squats, bends, and stands.
• Occasionally lifts and moves objects up to 50 lbs.
• Work frequently consists of repetitive motions.

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Pay

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education, and geographic location.
