Lockbox Image Specialist Sat/Sun 6am-4:30pm

About the role

Utilizing image capture equipment, provides high-quality imaging of all transactional information (checks and supporting documents). Performs required maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and follows all established safety guidelines. Responsible for risk management by openly exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, and adhering to policies and procedures to drive a positive customer experience while operating within the Bank’s risk appetite.

Responsibilities

• Image checks and corresponding documents using imaging equipment per established processing instructions, including high-speed and low-speed extract and imaging equipment.
• Review captured images for accuracy and quality during processing.
• Meet established unit goals for quality and productivity performance in support of client SLAs.
• Operate all department imaging machines, troubleshoot issues, and assist with training.
• Document mechanical issues accurately, communicate with service providers, and track resolutions.
• Follow proper procedures for jam recovery during imaging.
• Research and recapture rejects and missing items in a timely fashion, including items that did not encode.
• Communicate and escalate issues to the lead or manager appropriately.
• Perform routine maintenance on transports, including cleaning sensors, belts, etc.
• Conduct daily shift start-up maintenance and mid-shift maintenance.
• Perform daily shift closing procedures by cleaning the machine and surrounding area.
• Monitor and adhere to production deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience using document imaging equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
• Strong PC skills, including touch screen capability.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle fluctuating volumes and repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Working Conditions

• May be exposed to dusty conditions and loud noises.
• Work frequently consists of repetitive motions/keying.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Extended viewing of a computer screen.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Schedule

Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
