We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, navigation, etc). Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must only include sections where posting has real specific content.
We need to parse the posting: It includes Announcement Type, Position Type, USACE Organization, Locations, Position Overview/Duties, Description of Assignment/Duties (WY-08 and WY-10 details), Other Conditions and Requirements, Minimum Qualifications, Physical Effort, Working Conditions, Conditions of Employment, Other Essential Information, Salary info, etc.
We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe intro), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications), Qualifications (maybe separate?), Skills (maybe not explicit), Benefits (maybe not explicit), Pay (salary info), Schedule (maybe not explicit). We must only include sections if there is real content.
Let's extract content:
- Position Overview/Duties: Introduction: recruiting for Lock and Dam Equipment Mechanic WY-5318-08/10. Management may select at either WY-08 or WY-10 grade. Full performance at WY-10.
- Description Of Assignment/Duties: details for WY-08 and WY-10.
- Other Conditions and Requirements: Applicability/Area of Consideration (DHA), Who may apply (US Citizens), Applicant Qualifications (no specific length of training/experience required but must demonstrate ability), Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element) for WY-8 and WY-10.
- Physical Effort: description.
- Working Conditions: description.
- Conditions Of Employment: probationary period, suitability, non-sensitive, drug testing, licensing, pre-employment physical, travel up to 15%, etc.
- Other Essential Information: selection restrictions, proof of citizenship, nepotism, may fill like vacancies for three months, not eligible for telework, all qualifications must be met by closing date, salary includes locality pay, pay set based on duty location and grade, link to wage tables, direct deposit required, CP-18-Engineers and Scientists field position, PCS costs may be authorized, recruitment incentives may be authorized up to 25%, male applicants born after 12/31/1959 must register for Selective Service, application submission timeframe, point of contact Jason Wilderspin, resume instructions.
- Qualifications - Candidates will be evaluated... (some boilerplate about OPM GS etc). Might be considered qualifications.
- Reasonable Accommodation: statement.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, navigation, legal, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions? Actually we must remove application instructions? The instruction says: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove application instructions like resume instructions? That seems contradictory because we need to preserve substantive info. But they say remove application instructions. However resume instructions are part of application process; maybe they consider that as application instructions and should be removed. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; does that conflict? The instruction says remove application instructions. Likely they want to exclude the "Your Resume" paragraph etc. So we should omit that.
Also remove "Qualifications - Candidates will be evaluated..." maybe that's also boilerplate? It's about evaluation process; could be considered application instructions? Might be removed. But we need to keep substantive qualifications like minimum qualifications, physical effort, working conditions, conditions of employment, other essential info.
We also need to not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have salary info: "Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement. Pay will be set based on duty location and grade level. Visit https://... for the current FWS Locality Pay Tables. Direct deposit of pay is required." That's substantive.
We have no explicit Benefits section; but we have "Recruitment Incentives MAY BE authorized (up to 25%) per management authorization." and "Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs MAY BE authorized." Those could be considered benefits. So we could create a Benefits section with those.
We have no explicit Schedule info; but maybe "Position may require travel up to (15%) of duty time." That's not schedule. No mention of work schedule (e.g., full-time, shift). So we should not create Schedule section.
We have no explicit Skills section; but we could infer skills from duties but better not to create if not explicit. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Responsibilities and Requirements maybe.

We need to use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So we can start with About the role (intro). Then Responsibilities (duties). Then Requirements (maybe minimum qualifications). Then Qualifications (maybe other qualifications like citizenship, selective service, etc). Then Benefits (recruitment incentives, PCS). Then Pay (salary info). Possibly Skills omitted.
We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each section has substantive content.
Let's gather content for each:
About the role: Intro paragraph: "The Detroit District is recruiting for a Lock and Dam Equipment Mechanic WY-5318-08/10. Management may select at either the WY-08 or the WY-10 grade level. Full performance is at the WY-10 grade." Also location: Sault Sainte Marie, MI (maybe duplicate). Could include location.
Responsibilities: Duties for WY-08 and WY-10 combined. Could list bullet points.
Requirements: Minimum qualifications (screen out element) for WY-08 and WY-10, plus ability to do work without more than normal supervision, plus US Citizenship, maybe physical effort? But physical effort maybe part of Requirements? Could be separate but we have no section for Physical Effort. Could include under Requirements.
Qualifications: Additional qualifications like licensing, training, selective service, proof of citizenship, nepotism restrictions, etc. Also maybe "Reasonable Accommodation" statement.
Benefits: Recruitment incentives up to 25%, PCS costs may be authorized, direct deposit required (maybe pay), but direct deposit is pay. Could also include "Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs MAY BE authorized." and "Recruitment Incentives MAY BE authorized (up to 25%) per management authorization."
Pay: Salary includes locality pay, pay set based on duty location and grade level, link to wage tables, direct deposit required.
We must not include application instructions (resume instructions, point of contact? Actually point of contact is maybe considered application instruction? Might be removed. But we could keep point of contact as part of "Other Essential Information"? Might be considered application instruction. Safer to remove point of contact and resume instructions.
We must also remove duplicated lines.
Let's craft HTML.
We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed.
We'll produce something like:
