About the role
Reporting to the General / Territory Manager, the Location Manager is responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures, including customer satisfaction, operations, store profitability, and staff management and development.
Responsibilities
- Meet internal and external customer requirements for product delivery and service
- Define fiscal responsibility and accountability for the location
- Set and achieve goals and objectives for the location
- Manage and direct staff performance and outcomes
- Lead company Quality and Service Excellence initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2 years of customer service, sales, and management experience
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and shift priorities as needed
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and internal/external customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High degree of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proven mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Ability to see, talk, and hear
- Frequent sitting, driving, and getting in and out of a vehicle
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach, twist, climb stairs, use step ladders, bend, stoop, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- Must have a good driving record and a dependable vehicle for customer visitation and offsite work activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service, sales, and management experience
- Knowledge of the electrical industry
