About the role
At AP Academy, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team. This position is responsible for enhancing educational experiences through innovative teaching methods and curriculum development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new educational programs aligned with AP Academy’s mission and goals.
- Collaborate with other educators to refine and improve existing curricula.
- Provide regular feedback to students on their progress and offer personalized learning strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and incorporate them into lesson plans.
- Mentor and train new teachers in best practices and innovative teaching techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Experience with AP curriculum and test preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
