Responsibilities
- Assists with managing the location's operational business.
- Hiring and developing a high-performing team.
- Managing performance and providing leadership to the team.
- Dealing with customer service issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieving goals and managing a budget.
- Dealing with operational issues affecting service.
- Providing input on location goals and objectives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collates and analyzes data using pre-determined tools, methods, and formats.
- Maintains effectiveness and adequacy of internal communications systems.
- Supports others by carrying out simple knowledge management tasks.
- Investigates questions related to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
- Controls costs and seeks to understand financials by reviewing financial statements with Plant Manager.
- Navigates existing processes, procedures, and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers.
- Performs duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Five to seven years of management experience including full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, long-range strategic planning, and workforce planning (i.e. staffing and succession planning).
- Experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
- Attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Ability to relocate is required.

- The role includes managing an assigned area or areas, hiring and developing a high-performing team, managing performance, providing leadership, dealing with customer service issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, achieving goals, maintaining inventory, managing a budget, and dealing with operational issues affecting service.
- Additional responsibilities involve works independently to collate and analyze data, ensuring production systems and processes are in place and functioning properly, navigating existing processes, procedures, and precedents, and performing other duties as assigned.
