BASIC FUNCTION The Part-time Location Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance of equipment (strollers and massage chairs) within a defined area in and around the area of Lakewood, CO. Key Responsibilities Maintenance and repair of equipmentMaintain clean equipmentAccurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactionsMaintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte CarteMaintain regular contact with District Service ManagerImprove revenue of location consistent with traffic changes and corporate performance levelsMaintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designedMaintain a positive relationship with the facility managementOther assignments as needed. Skills Working knowledge of equipmentElectrical and mechanical equipment repairExcellent verbal and written communicationMaintain accurate recordsCompile reportsProficient in computer and Smartphone use LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS Valid Driver License required Physical Requirements Lift 40 lbs. to waist heightPush/Pull 75-100 lbs.
