About the role

Stake Center Locating is recruiting new and experienced Locators to join their team. This position requires a proven track record in locating services and a strong commitment to independence and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced locating devices and late model vehicles to ensure accurate and efficient service.
• Clear tickets and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the company's culture of recognition and support through various programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in locating services.
• Proven ability to handle challenging situations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Proficiency with locating equipment and software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
