- Detention pay: $20 per hour
- Drop and hook pay: $33 per stop
- Liveload/unload pay: $43 per stop
- Hazmat pay: $25 per load
- Rail delays pay: $20 per hour
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $20 per day
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
