Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited institution and/or at least one year of customer service experience in a busy, multi‑tasking setting
• Familiarity with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, or commercial banking is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent data entry skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and demonstrate problem‑solving capabilities
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to work overtime if necessary to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• At least one year of experience supporting customer service initiatives in a fast‑paced setting
• Experience working with jurisdictional filings or document retrieval processes (nice to have)
• Previous background in document preparation, recordings, or legal/compliance environments (nice to have
