Responsibilities
- Accurately enter orders into the system.
- Perform order administration tasks.
- Aid in preparing packages for shipment.
- Cook with third-party vendors for order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment.
- Support inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain operational documents and records.
- Aid in demand planning under supervision.
- Ensure customer service standards are met.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries.
- Help with general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
- Proficiency in using order entry software.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
- Understanding of inventory checks and reporting.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in the Wilmington, DE office, Monday thru Friday.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in order processing.

Pay
$27,700.00 - $46,450.00 USD
Schedule
3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday & 1:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. on Fridays. No weekends!
