Responsibilities
- Aiding the Managing Partner and management team in creating, developing, and implementing local store marketing programs.
- Supporting the promotion of all in-house promotions such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, and Gift Cards.
- Building and maintaining relationships with businesses, hotels, radio stations, and neighboring retailers.
- Organizing and executing charitable and community events to enhance Texas Roadhouse's brand awareness.
- Communicating regularly with the Managing Partner, management team, and employees about ongoing programs, plans, and results.
