Local Marketing Liaison

About the role

The Local Marketing Liaison plays a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving patient referrals for Smile Doctors. This position focuses on building relationships with healthcare and health-related professionals within a specific geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Ensures incoming new patient leads are responded to promptly
• Oversees relationships with referring doctors and organizes monthly gifting initiatives
• Aids in the creation and management of digital content for social media platforms
• Coordinates the preparation and execution of community events to attract new patients
• Supports in-office marketing efforts by managing marketing material inventory
• Participates in digital advertising through paid social ads and other promotional opportunities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
• One to two years of experience in outside business to business sales/marketing, operations, or marketing
