About the role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Local Support Assistant in Miami, Florida, to provide essential on-site operational support at our local office.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Scouting & Facilities Coordination: Act as Azurreo's local representative by visiting prospective office locations, liaising with landlords and property agents, collecting rental and facility information, and preparing concise reports with observations to support management in selecting and securing the company's new office.
- Shipment Coordination & Inventory Management: Manage all office logistics by coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers like DHL/FedEx and performing regular inventory checks to maintain accurate digital records of equipment and supplies.
- On-Site Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and liaising with vendors to resolve infrastructure or logistical roadblocks.

- Possess basic technical aptitude for office equipment and IT troubleshooting.
