About the role
We are looking for a motivated and dependable IT Support Assistant to join our law firm in Las Vegas. This is an entry-level position for someone who enjoys helping others, troubleshooting technology issues, and learning new IT systems in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up printers and copiers
- Configure Mac and PC computers
- Support Adobe PDF applications
- Troubleshoot basic telecom and VoIP phone issues
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees throughout the firm
Requirements
- Basic understanding of computers and technology
- Willingness to learn new IT systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team, follow instructions, and learn new technology
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Cisco security devices
Pay
$20 an hour
